Great Western Half Marathon is a point to point race championship event. Charles’s Leroy Oakes Forest Preserve, a mostly flat, asphalt course, with support stations and amazing forest views along the way. During the event, every participant, volunteer and spectator are allowed an enjoyable race experience.
This race does have a history of selling out in advance! Join us as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Great Western Half-Marathon & 10K hosted by the Fox River Trail Runners, which was an RRCA Championship race in 2017.They keep pursuing various novel design of medals. In my opinion, keeping embracing the new things is the important reason why they can keep holding so many races.
